Often when working with an agency, it’s not always easy to understand exactly what the process is going to be. That’s why we created this page, so you can understand exactly what the protocol is for the sales, onboarding and delivery stages of working with us.

  • When you get in touch via our contact form, or if you’ve directly messaged us on TikTok or Instagram, one of our team members will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Depending on the amount of information you’ve submitted, we’ll get back to you with a handful of questions to help us understand your needs and your brand in a bit more detail.
  • It’s at this point we will offer jumping on a call to discuss. This isn’t everyone’s taste however, and we’ve ran successful campaigns over email due to our structured processes.
  • Once we have all the information we need, and we’ve answered all of your queries, we’ll propose a scope of work and a costing. Our costing depends on the service you require and the amount of work required to fulfil it.


  • We pride ourselves on a seamless on-boarding process, and we aim to get it all sorted rather quickly.
  • We send a scope of work document with expected monthly deliverables, ways of managing the account and an agreed price.
  • The scope of work is signed by both of us and is used as the contract of service throughout the working period – this means everything we need is in one place!
  • We work to a minimum of 3 month contracts, meaning when you come on board you agree to pay for 3 months, but that’s where our guarantee comes in! If you’re unhappy after 3 months then we’ll pay you a month back.
  • Our minimum period is 3 months because, as with other marketing methods, it can take some time to see great results even if you’re doing everything right. However, 3 months is a sweet spot, where if we’re not driving growth then you have a right to question us.
  • Our maximum contract is 12 months with a 1 month notice period after month 3 if you wish to cancel.
  • Once the scope of work has been signed and the first invoice paid, we get to work!


  • We have an agreed turnaround time when we get to the scope of the work phase, and we create processes around those.
  • Every client gets a deliverables tracker, where all work planned in a month is laid out, and all useful documents will be linked from here.
  • We’ll have a shared Google Drive folder with very clear ‘in’ and ‘out’ folders, this is where all media will be inputted by you and outputted by us.
  • This will all be in the deliverables tracker so everything is easily accessible and easy to track.
  • If you pay for x amount of videos per month within the scope of work, but something happens and less videos get worked on that month, don’t worry! We will fulfil the videos agreed on on our end.
  • From a client management perspective, there will be a lot of back & forth communication about work done & work sent. However, if you are on one of our more passive service packages, then you will be receiving a round-up of work completed and results achieved every other week (with the second one of these each month being a monthly summary).
  • Additionally, you will receive industry insights ahead of the rest when we release our weekly newsletter to our email subscribers.
